Plan your microphone position.

Check space, clamp fit, reach and weight. Measure in millimetres and grams; the starting numbers are examples you can replace.

Fits

Both positions meet these measurements

  • Fits: Stand space100 × 100 mm base in 300 × 250 mm clear space.
  • Fits: Clamp thickness25 mm desk; clamp range 10–60 mm.
  • Fits: Arm reach400 mm needed; 500 mm usable reach.
  • Fits: Supported load600 g on an arm rated up to 1000 g. Also check the arm’s minimum load.

Check the desk material and underside clearance separately. A clamp can fit the thickness and still be unsuitable for glass, a bevel or a hollow desktop.
